Continue to Trust the Process

In one of my first blog posts, I wrote about “the process.” I talked about putting in the hours it takes to be successful. That message is as true today as it was then.

But just because you have a process, that doesn’t mean you can predict the future. There’s no set timeline for results to happen, and there will be times that you doubt that your effort is even worth it. You have to realize that thinking about why something isn’t happening quicker is a distraction; you can only focus on the task at hand.

You need master the mental aspect, and realize that the real battle is within yourself. It’s you against your doubts, your fear of failure, and your fear of the unknown.  Obstacles are going to happen; it’s how you react to them internally that counts. Just keep moving forward, keep working.
