I’ve mentioned systems before, about how it’s so important to set up a process. A process may take longer to set up initially, but it will lead to greater efficiency and time saving down the road. For example, automating bill pay may take hours out of one day, but the time saved each week thereafter will eventually break even then surpass the set-up time. So front-load the work: put in the time to set up a system. Get ahead on the workload now, and you’re actually creating time in the future. And since time is the world’s greatest resource, something no one can ever buy back, use your time wisely. Even better, create more time.
